Getting engaged is amazing, and then you start to plan a wedding which can be daunting. We often rely on recommendations or spend endless hours in the depths of Instagram. Whilst i'm on the subject of planning with my recent post's it seemed a great idea to start sharing some of my favourite and talented industry friends, starting with florals!
You're starting to plan with the overall look of you wedding in your mind, your florist is a key player in achieving your look, and believe it or not there are so many different styles in floral designs. Determine whether you want romantic, rustic, modern, minimalist etc and find your florist based on that style, find imagery of bouquets and centrepieces you like and your style will evolve. Determine your needs from the florist, some florists will also help in your design aspect and styling your reception tables.
When choosing your flowers be original with it, where budget allows work closely with your florist and create something that is different that will wow your guests. We all love a classic white and green bouquet, but I'm sure it's not music to your florists ears when they hear it, so think of ways you can keep the classic colours but add a twist. And a note from the photographer, colourful bouquets look incredible in wedding photos.
With that advice in mind, i'm sharing with you here 5 trusted wedding florists in the midlands, all of which I love to work with, I appreciate their art and hard work, and each individuals unique style. I also have the pleasure of seeing the bride's reaction on the morning when they see the beautifully created florals come to life.
